Returns

Unopened SOMNIO packs may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

For hygiene reasons, opened packs cannot be returned. If your product arrived damaged or defective, please email officialsomnio@gmail.com with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Email officialsomnio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
