Where we ship
SOMNIO currently ships to addresses within the United States. Additional regions are coming soon.
Processing time
Orders are prepared as quickly as possible after confirmation. Estimated processing and delivery times are shown at checkout.
Rates and transit
Shipping cost and estimated delivery are calculated at checkout based on your address. Available service levels and rates are shown before you complete your order.
Free shipping promotion
First-time orders can use code SLEEP at checkout to remove the shipping charge. Shipping is still calculated from your address first, then the code sets it to $0.00 on the order summary. One use per customer, US addresses only.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking.
Undeliverable orders
If a package is returned as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange a re-ship or refund minus original shipping costs.
